FounderDive vs Subreddit Signals (2026)

Subreddit Signals watches subreddits you pick through Reddit's official API and drafts replies in your voice. FounderDive looks in nine places.

We make FounderDive, so read this as our view. Facts about Subreddit Signals were checked on 31 Oct 2026 against their own pricing page. Prices change; check theirs before you decide.

Subreddit Signals is a careful Reddit-only tool: you pick up to 10 or 25 groups, it reads them through Reddit's official API, scores each post and drafts a reply in your voice. FounderDive looks in nine places and writes only from facts you gave it, with eight safety checks. Neither posts your replies, though Subreddit Signals sells a separate scheduler, Mochi, that does publish posts for you.

Subreddit Signals does Reddit carefully. You choose the groups; it reads them through Reddit's official API, scores each matching post on five scales plus a buying stage, and drafts a reply in a voice profile you set. It publishes how its scoring works, says plainly that it doesn't auto-post, and tells you who it isn't for. Pro adds Slack, competitor tracking and traffic attribution.

It only watches the groups you pick, and only on Reddit. FounderDive looks in nine places, including Hacker News, Indie Hackers and Stack Overflow, though almost all the posts it keeps come from Reddit. It scores each post out of 100, keeps 72 or more, and writes the reply only from facts you gave it; a draft that can't cite one is thrown away.

FounderDive also runs eight checks on every reply: group rules re-read every two weeks, 9 helpful replies per 1 that mentions you, two weeks off per group, karma and account age, the same link in two groups, shadowban, never the same post twice, and a freeze on a group where something went wrong. It has no Slack and no scheduler, and it never posts anything, replies or new posts.
